Friday before we begin...

So I'm writing today, very happy with myself after a big morning at the gym.  Well it wasn't that big actually, only an hour on cardio machines but it did burn 715cals all up!  I was impressed with that, I did work hard and did interval work on the three machines (treadmill, cross trainer, bike) but the thing is, normally I would ride 20min to the gym first, I'd also walk 1/2hr at lunchtime, then ride home.  So I'm very confident that I'll get to my goal of burning 1000cals for each workout I complete.  This, and eating only 1200cals for the day will get me to my goal!  It sounds simple I know, but it will be hard work.  Actually no, not if I'm as organised as I know I can be.
Anyway this weekend I'm going to do all the shopping on the list and get prepared for Monday's start.  I am really pumped.
Taking the photo's last night, well that was draining but I actually felt ok when they were up and out there.  Basically I feel like I can only get better hey!
Anyway I do really want to get them off this first page of my blog so I'll have to keep writing in here over the weekend.
I've found the twitter and forums really interesting, people (the 12wbt family) are so friendly and encouraging.  I can't wait to see the results on my wedding day in 11weeks time YAY!!
