After a fantastic sleep last night, the alarm went off again and I was out of bed by 5.30am. That's my goal for each weekday morning, it shouldn't be a problem as I am normally rising early for exercise anyway. Today was a bit different though, filling in for cycle after also teaching last night. I coped better than I thought I would considering the lower calorie intake of yesterday. Overall a great class this morning - I was even told by one gentleman that I was the best cycle instructor he's ever had! Now that was great!

TOTAL - 1465 burnt
Intake = close to 1200 cals today but not over!
I think I'll just report if I happen to go over on the calories instead of reporting each day that I'm near 1200cal.
So very happy, and about to listen to the life chat :)
