Well last night I was absolutely exhausted after I rode home! I had dinner then stretched and went straight to bed, as I knew I was to teach cycle this morning and didn't want to struggle.
Got up fine and rode into work, taught the class then did my weights afterwards. The first working track I really struggled but something happened and then I just got into the groove and I was fine! Gotta love how our bodies react sometimes.

So today I had a training session for work 9am - 1pm, I took along my sesame bar and banana for snacks and I'm so happy I did. I normally can't have much anyway that is provided as I need gluten free, but on offer today was muffins and pastries. So glad I took my own!
Tonight I've been asked to help a friend out who is studying her massage course, she needs practice on a full body relaxation massage so I'm being her subject tonight :) Can't wait actually! I'm really feeling that I need that massage tonight.
Legs have pulled up relatively well after yesterday's running too, I will not try again until Monday to allow the legs to fully recover but I'm also happy with the progress at the moment too.
