Week 1 wrap up!

So what a week the first week was...
Overall I burnt 8545clas through planned exercise.  That's 6 days of exercise and I completed everything I'd hoped for.  Each day I ate between 1100 - 1300cals so overall I should see a result of more than 1kg weight loss if the calculations are correct.
It took a few days to get used to the lower calories - actually most of the week I think - but now I feel like I'm in a bit of a rythm and can keep this up.  My clothes do feel a little looser already and I'm looking forward to the weigh in on Wednesday.  I would love to get down to 73's, so fingers crossed.  My 1month goal was to get below 70kg, I'm working hard and I hope it all pays off.
I have 10weeks now til my wedding, soooo can't wait!!  Then we'll be riding around NZ on our push bikes, even more exciting hehe.

My proudest moment's for week 1 - finishing my 3hr bike ride on Saturday, and keeping to ~1200cals each day, even though some of them were quite tough to keep at it.
