So this morning I slept in til 8am, had heaps of things (little annoying things) to do for the wedding next week and just didn't feel like going for the planned run AT ALL! I got up, and had some breakfast - actually a lot more than I usually have but it was still only rice flakes and yogurt. I then ummmed and ahhhhed about what to do, I knew I had to be somewhere at 11am. Firstly I thought I'd just go to gym for cardio later in the day but then I remembered there was a 9.30am RPM which was another launch so it was going to be a tough class.
I pulled out a massive JFDI card and off I went. Full belly and all - normally I don't eat anything before workouts but thought the bike would be ok.

So I was wrapped that I got that in, and even happier that this morning I woke up and hopped on the scales for them to read 66.6kg!! I only have 0.6kg to go until I meet my goal weight, that was such great motivation to keep me working hard and on track til Wednesday morning so that I can hopefully say that I'm in 65's but then!!
Our wedding is on Saturday, I finish work on Tuesday so it is going to be all go from Wednesday onwards but I know I'll still manage workouts Mon-Fri. SOOOOOO loving feeling this great, fit and healthy again. Loving life!!
