Today I felt really good, work went quickly, I went for a quick walk to the shops at lunch time and bought new work pants, dress for the races and necessities like socks etc. After work the usual pump class, then I hopped on the bike while I watched neighbours hehe...I just felt like a bit of cardio! How good is that! Today's been nearly as big as my SSS session, I think really I have big days most days so the SSS isn't so Super for me, but anyway overall a really great day. Day off tomorrow for Melb Cup Day, if it's nice weather I'll go for a nice long bike ride, if not it will be RPM and cardio in the gym instead.
Looking forward to see the results this week on the scales, I know I've lost more since last week and I'm getting closer to my 65kg goal woo hoo!!
