I rode my new bike to the gym this morning, I flew in!! The only down side was that I only burnt 80cals instead of the usual 130 or so...strange but I think it's cos the bike isn't as heavy as the one I was riding, and it was a nice day where I didn't have to stop at traffic lights so it didn't take as long. I love it!
