Today's session was going to be big, I'd planned and knew I was going to do this all week. I went out to friends house for dinner last night and got home a bit later than usual but we had a great time. I didn't have to get up early this morning as the first class didn't start til 8.30am.
TODAY:
1hour "high performance" RPM class
Abs W5D1 (255 situps today WOAH!!)
20min XT intervals
15min Bike easy
Pump class (launch of new pump)
Stretch
Cals burnt: ~1050
Again I didn't have my HRM on, but I'm being conservative in saying I burnt 1050. This is less than I burn during my weekly workouts but it was a lot of strength work today, my arms are killing me already! AND...I spent 3hours at the gym...so I still call it a SUPER saturday session.
This weekend is my last weekend at home before we go home to the family on Wednesday to prepare for our wedding next Saturday - WOAH 1 WEEK TO GO!! YAYYYYY!!!!!! So, I'm going to do last minute collections of a few things and then start packing for the biking trip around NZ - it's all happening!
