Week 7 - Weigh in

I'm very happy (actually over the moon!!!) to report another big loss this week of 1.8kg!  I'm down to 67.7kg and feeling amazing.  I did pump this morning, I wore my running top that I wore in my marathon in May and I think it actually fit better than it did back then.  I can see the definition in my upper body and my hips/thighs are starting to tone up as well.  I feel great!

MORNING:

25min treadmill (5min walking, 20min running)
15min bike
Cals burnt: 627

TOTAL CALS BURNT: 627

Tonight I'll miss my evening workout as I have my cousin coming around for dinner - haven't seen her in months!  I'm really looking forward to it.  Also I'm picking up my new bike tonight after work, so can't wait to ride that into work tomorrow!!
