This morning was a REAL STRUGGLE!! My eyes were puffy, I hadn't slept well at all and I just grabbed that JFDI card and ran with it. I'm glad I did go to the gym this morning, I felt heaps better afterward (as I always do) and burnt some of those extra cals that were consumed on the weekend. Tonight was fine doing Pump then it took a bit more JFDI to get in there for RPM class, to make it more difficult there was no air conditioning so it was really tough! The class went quick though. The good thing is that I can get up tomorrow morning now and head out for a run, that was the aim...and the reason why I wanted to get in RPM tonight. It was good doing Pump then RPM. I'm covering for the instructor next week but will be doing a cycle class instead, so I'll do the double then and I think I might make a regular thing of it. Ok at least until the wedding anyway, cos then we're on holidays!! YAY!!
I'm going to sleep better tonight, not worry about the weight/dress issue and just keep doing what I'm doing. I don't expect a loss on the scales this week unfortunately, I think my weekend - actually day on Saturday - of going over the calorie limit has not been good for me. I'm feeling heavier, haven't had a decent toilet stop for over a week now and don't expect it to go down. Bugger...please prove me wrong body!!
