Week 8 - Friday

MORNING:
Bike to work
20min bike
20min stepper
20min XT
Weights (one super set in between each set of cardio)
Abs W3D2
Stretch
Cals burnt: 802

I did fitness test this morning (except haven't done the 1k time trial yet, I'll do that tomorrow) and I've improved in every area except the abs, which I was already at a level 3 for.
The big thing I'm proud of today is the wall sit I did 4min!!! WOO HOO!! The physio will be so happy with that, as he wanted me to work up to 3min for that one, feeling so fit and healthy right now.
Going home for the weekend - but will write more about that soon.
Three weeks til the wedding :) :) :) :) :)
