Week 8 - Thursday

MORNING:
Bike to work
Cycle class (instructing)
Run 35min steady
Stretch
Cals burnt: 1108

EVENING:
Pilates class
Bike home
Cals burnt: 236

TOTAL CALS BURNT: 1344

I've decided to allow myself up to 1500cals instead of 1300cals each day.  My energy levels have been really low and I've been stressing and finding it hard to keep to the 1300cals, then thinking of blowing it when I'm close to going over.  I know my body could handle the fewer cals but I have heaps going on, and I am doing this more for me mentally than physically.  I'm at a good spot now with how I look and feel, I have a couple more kg's to go until my goal weight and I just want to try this for the next week and see how I go.
Also need to cut back on the diet coke - I've been having a bit lately as well as chewy and I want to get that habit out of the system before it thinks it's here to stay.
Lots going on, only 23days til the wedding and I can't wait!!  I'm feeling great, just don't want to add extra stress on myself the next few weeks with restricting so much with the calories.  Anyway it's all just trial and error, we'll see how it goes.
