After an unexpected drive home to see Grandpa in hospital Friday (hence rest day...) today I went to the gym to at least get something in. I'd got the bus back to Melb that morning and had heaps planned so I just got in what I could. It was about 1.30pm that I went to the gym - this is what I did:

TOTAL CALS BURNT: 604
Will write more about the weekend later but just want to get down the exercise completed.
