I did well to get to the gym but was really pleased I did go. I had the head cold pretty bad, but really wanted to get pump in and some cardio. In the afternoon I spent time with a great friend who is putting together all the music for our wedding, so we had heaps of fun listening to that. I also walked the shops and did a few last minute things for the wedding.
SUNDAY:
Rest day - I had a very productive morning, more last minute things (and seriously last things, I'm all ready!!) and then had some lunch at home. By 2pm I was sitting at home wondering if I should go to the gym or not. I got changed and went outside then changed my mind. It was too nice a day to be in the gym, so I thought I'd go for a walk. Well that didn't eventuate either, I ended up sitting on my bum for the afternoon and eating and sleeping! Not the best solution but I did need the rest. Disappointed and feeling yuk from so much food but I don't feel out of control or anything, and am ready to be back into routine tomorrow. I think my problem was that I was restricting myself grrrr....
The week ahead will be pretty routine, finalising things at work and I'll have my fiance at home each night for the first time in months cos he's finished uni! YAY!!
