Week 6 - Thursday

When I woke up this morning I thought I'd weigh myself again just cos I can...I was very happy with what I saw - 68.8kg hehe that's another 700gm since yesterdays weigh in!! I won't weigh again now til next week, but really happy and just wanted to make sure that yesterday's result wasn't just luck - seems that no it wasn't hehe!!

MORNING:
Bike to work
Cycle class (instructing)
15min XT
15min stepper
ABS W1D2
Physio exercises
Stretch
Cals burnt: 1062

EVENING:
Pilates class
Bike home
Cals burnt: 254

TOTAL CALS BURNT:1316
