So Monday (yesterday) was a great day at work, beautiful weather and I felt re-juvinated after a great weekend on sunshine and exercise :)
MORNING:
Bike to work
15min bike in gym
30min run (5min on, 1min off x 6)
15min XT
Stretch and abs and physio exercises
Cals burnt: 954
EVENING:
RPM class
Bike home
Cals burnt: 582
TOTAL CALS BURNT: 1536
When I got home I had visitors who wanted to go out for dinner, they'd waited for me to come home so that we could all go together (that blew my leftover kangaroo stirfry plan out the window) so off we went to HOGS BREATH!! I managed fine actually, chose the garlic prawns but ordered steamed veg and the sauce on the side. They were sitting on a bed of rice but I didn't have much of that (wasn't that nice anyway) and I felt good afterwards. Not as good as I would have after my leftovers as I knew exactly what was going into them but with prawns I felt it was THE BEST POSSIBLE CHOICE I could have made.
After all, this week is all about being THE BEST POSSIBLE VERSION OF MYSELF and last night I did that well. I enjoyed the family dinner, with my beautiful nephews especially who I haven't seen for a little while.
Ready to take on the week and I'm hoping for big results this week on the scales cos I've worked damn hard this week!
