Week 6 - Weigh in

Wow we are half way through the 12WBT, and this morning I'm happy to report that I have lost 1.6kg in the past week so I'm not back into the 60's at 69.5kg!!! HIP HIP HOORAY!!!!  I hopped on the scales twice just to make sure that was correct, I didn't expect to lose that much this week especially as the weekend away made me not be able to get out for a SSS.  Just goes to show that consistency really is the key and to just do whatever I can, nothing too over the top just keep focused on eating well and to the 1200cal goal, then work out as much as I can on the given day and results will come.
All up now I've lost 7kg and 9.2% of my body weight in 6 weeks, over the moon with that!
I want to write and write and write about the positivity of the 12WBT family, especially on twitter it's just amazing.  I don't have time now, but really they are amazing and the encouragement I've received from these lovely people is just fantastic.  I'm in a wonderful headspace right now and know that my wedding day I'm going to be looking and feeling amazing!  I still have another 5 weeks of this til the big day, bring it on!!  Can't wait to see the "After" photo.
