Well I had a day off exercise this morning, I feel a bit drained and think that the legs (injuries)need the break sooooo I'm having today off, then my plan for the weekend is to have 2 SSS!!! Saturday I'll go for a run, and do pilates (possibly cycle class as well or instead of the run). Sunday I'll go for a 3+hr bike ride, this time to Frankston and back which is my aim this week.
I'm at work extremely early, as I haven't been to gym etc but it's a nice feeling to be relaxing and taking it easy instead.
I'll make up for it on the weekend though :)
