I only found out last night that I was going to teach cycle this morning, but gee was it a good class - if I do say so myself! - we worked hard with plenty of hills and felt great at the end of it, like I'd just finished a great workout. Afterwards I didn't do weights as I have been because I've added in the pump classes to Mon/Wed now instead, so I went on the cross trainer and burnt more calories!! YAY!! I was on it for 30min and every 90sec I did 30sec burst, so either with restistance on or with the pace on. I then did a good stretch and abs to finish off the morning.
Tonight I rode to pilates then had even more of a stretch, its just a great core workout on the reformers and I love the stretching benefits too cos I know I don't do anywhere near as much as I should.
So weigh-in day tomorrow, I'm really hoping for more than 1kg loss this week as I put on 500gm last week, please please please!!! I've worked hard and kept to under 1300cal each day so realistically I should, but who knows what the body will do.
Either way I'm keeping at it cos I know that eventually my body will let go of all that unwanted fat and show me how fit and strong I can be!!
