Week 5 - Thursday

I woke up before the alarm a bit weary but once I got out of bed I felt great, buzzing actually!  As I rode to the gym I had a big smile on my face.  My legs struggled up the hills (as can be expected after the week I've have) but still I felt fit and healthy!  I was really happy to see that only 2 out of 14 that were in my cycle class on Tuesday had not come again today.  I still had 14 but 2 were additional.  What that showed me was that they were happy with my Tuesday class and came back for more hard work, I was very pleased.  I had told them on Tuesday that I wanted to see as many of them back to this morning's class as possible, they'd had Wednesday to recover and it would be great to have them go hard again on Thursday.  YAY I was happy.  I worked them hard again, I was dripping after the second track and I burnt over 600cals in this class alone.  WRAPPED!!

MORNING:
Bike to work
Cycle class (instructing)
Run 30min (4min on, 1min off x 6)
Stretch
Cals burnt: 1272

EVENING:
Pilates class
Bike home
Physio exercises & stretching/foam roller
Cals burnt: 307

TOTAL CALS BURNT: 1579
