Week 3 - Friday

Oh my goodness, my tummy was so sore again last night (and yes I had managed to go to the toilet during the day for no.2 so that wasn't the issue) and I just had to go to bed.  I ate a little more than I had the previous night to see if that made a difference but it was just this sharp pain.
Anyway woke up today feeling fine.  Odd.
MORNING:
Bike to work
10min XT
30min Run (15min on, 1min off, 15min on)
Weights, abs and stretch
Cals burnt: 877

I am actually going back tonight to gym to get some cardio in cos this weekend won't be as big as last weekend and I want to keep in the swing of things - actually I just want to keep burning these calories!
Have had a good week but am sooooo glad it's Friday!

EVENING:
