Woke up feeling a lot better and more energetic today than yesterday.  Had a great stretch this morning, my body really needed it.  I feel my pants are getting loser around the thighs, I think I might measure them tomorrow with weigh in day and see if they have changed cos they do feel like it (YAY!)
Last night I got my first acknowledgment about losing weight and it felt great!  Little things like that really get you motivated to keep going don't they.
For lunch today I made myself up a big salad with lettuce, capsicum, tomato, carrot, cucumber & then I put in a small tin of tuna with springwater and also some cottage cheese.  I had half and then another half an hour later and it kept me going for hours!  The cottage cheese and tuna really go well and all the salad actually filled me up.  Who would have thought that I could be so full without the heavy grainy carbs hehe....
Tomorrow I'm really hoping that I get back into the 60's for weigh in.  Last weigh in I was 71.1kg and if I can lost 1.2kg like most weeks then I'll be back to 69.9kg.  That would make me REALLY REALLY happy!
This weekend I think I will do sessions on both Sat and Sun.  I'm home for the weekend, and although I have a bit planned I want to use this as a really big weekend for me to focus on myself, do things for me and just get some time out for a change.  Then it's cup day next Tuesday so have more time to get a good workout in.  After this next week or so it will be all hands on deck in prep for the wedding at the start of December, so want to make the most of this weekend.
Everything is going along smoothly and I'm really starting to get into the routine of eating well, making really good choices and feeling good about myself again.  The definition in my shoulders, upper body in particular is coming back...now it's just time the lower body caught up hehe...but I do expect that to take a little longer I suppose :)
