WOW my legs are feeling it after all the cycling lately...but nowhere near as bad as I thought I would be. I just have to keep walking around and stretching. SO, I did 93k ride on Sunday then riding to and from work plus RPM class last night then this morning I taught cycle class :) Hmmmm these calories are sure being burnt off! And I'm feeling really good about it too.
So for the next two weeks I'm teaching Tue and Thu morning cycle classes instead of just Thursday's as the girl who normally takes Tue is not well/going away. I burn approx an extra 100cals when I teach, interesting that I don't put in that much effort or work as hard when I participate but I guess the extra push to motivate the class and the energy I put in on top of the talking and instructing makes those calories burn.
My pants and clothes are REALLY starting to fall off me now, well not exactly fall off but I can definitely tell that I've lost cm's and gee that makes me feel so good! I'm so happy with how this is going and considering we're only in week 3 that's just great! I have another 8 weeks til my wedding and I KNOW that if I keep this up I'm going to be where I want to be. Which makes it even more motivating to do it, it's realistic and I'm going to be feeling on top of the world - which so you should be on your wedding day YAY!
Oh this morning's weights really did make the muscles burn, on top of the cycling these legs are getting into shape and I'm loving it!
