30min Bike
10min XT
Bike to home
Cals burnt: 458
TOTAL CALS BURNT: 1059

Took it easy today getting back into it after the weekend, and feeling quite heavy.  It was a beautiful day today, sunshine was lovely!!
Ended up going after work too to the gym as I was feeling good.  Had a delicious kangaroo steak and steamed veg for dinner which kept me within 1200cals for the first time in 3 days.  Felt good.
