Week 4 - Tuesday

MORNING:
Ride to work
Cycle class (instructing)
Weights program, abs & stretch
Cals burnt: 1062

EVENING:
Bike in gym 30min
Stretch
Bike home
Cals burnt: 439

TOTAL CALS BURNT: 1501

Today I finished cycle class and felt fit again!  I just had that feeling and said to myself "I love being fit!" I think it was just the ahh haa moment I needed after the weekend's effort.  I did my weights, threw in a few extra abs and then a quick stretch before work.  Tonight it was absolutely BUCKETING down with rain so went to gym for an easy 30min on the bike until the rain stopped then rode home.  I'm going to be doing some stretching and maybe ab work infront of the tele tonight.
I gave pilates a break tonight and will go back on Thursday night as usual.
