After the weekend I struggled to get out of bed this morning, well not really (I was always going to get up) but would have loved an extra couple of hours sleep! It's coming into TTOM today and I feel a bit sluggish. I will not let it be a reason to make me feel yuk this week and will have a great week at the gym, doing every session planned in the diary and working hard! I'll make sure I stretch especially after the weekend's running effort. Feeling pretty good!
