Week 3 - Thursday

This morning I woke up and rode into work ready for MY cycle class, i.e. the one I regularly teach now.  As I got going I thought of my beautiful fiance's comment last night of "You'll be right you just have to push through this fatigue, it's just your body getting used to the new routine" and HE WAS RIGHT!  I was expecting my legs to be screaming at me after that being the fourth class in as many days, but no I felt AMAZING afterwards and not sore at all.  So good that I went and did 30min on the cross trainer afterwards.
I'll do my weights tomorrow as I forgot to take my printed program with me today.
My fiance is amazing! He is so supportive and encouraging and knows I can pull this off, he knows I'm determined and will get to the weight I want to be.  Last night when I was feeling kinda silly for going to that RPM class and wondering how I'd go in the morning instructing he really gave me confidence and ensured me that my body will just come to the party.  Yes that's what it did.

MORNING:
Bike to work
Cycle class (instructing)
Cross training 30min
Stretch and abs
Cals burnt: 1215

EVENING:
Pilates class
Bike home
Cals burnt: 339

TOTAL CALS BURNT: 1554
